Agricultural Leadership

The WFB Foundation continues to make a significant investment in Wisconsin and in the Farm Bureau by supporting the Farm Bureau Young Farmer program. The Young Farmer program identifies, trains and supports future agricultural leaders through several competitions (Discussion Meet, Achievement Award, and Excellence in Agriculture), the annual Getaway Conference, and the annual trip to Washington, DC. The Young Farmer program is backed by partners through the Cooperative Education Program (see page 8), which includes the WFB Foundation.
