Leadership
The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Foundation continues to make a significant
investment in agricultural leadership in youth program such as the Wisconsin
4-H and Wisconsin FFA Programs, Farm Bureau members, young farmers and
agriculturists.
Young
Farmer & Agriculturist Programs
The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation's Young Farmer and Agriculturist
Program is for active agriculturists between the ages of 18 and 35 who
are involved in production, ag business, and many other areas of agriculture.
The Young Farmer and Agriculturist Program provides leadership and skills
development opportunities, along with the chance for young farmers to
meet and network with other young farmers.

Programs
The WFB Foundation supports the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation and has been
a long-time sponsor of the 4-H Key Award, the highest leadership award
that 4-H members can achieve.

FFA
Programs
The WFB Foundation supports the Wisconsin FFA Association and Wisconsin
FFA Foundation. Farm Bureau is a sponsor of the Food for America Program,
FFA Discussion Meet Contest, State FFA Convention sponsorship, and the
FFA Farm Forum Leadership Workshop.

Farm
Bureau Institute
The WFB Foundation sponsors this year-long training program to develop
future leaders for Farm Bureau and agriculture in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin
Rural Leadership Program Scholarships
A two-year, in-depth training program to develop community leadership
skills, and learn more about state and national issues. The Wisconsin
Farm Bureau Foundation provides scholarships to voting Farm Bureau members
selected for this program.
