Frequently Asked Questions
Q). Can a prescription be filled that has
already been filled at another pharmacy?
A). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a transfer of your prescription
from another pharmacy. We will accept new prescriptions from your attending
physician.
Q). Will you accept returns?
A). Due to Canadian, American and European pharmacy laws we are unable
to accept returns on medications once they have been shipped out to
you. All sales are final.
Q). Do I need to send in the customer profile
form each time I require medications?
A). NO. Once you have filled out the necessary customer profile form
it is not necessary to resubmit your information.
Q). Where will my medications come from?
A). Your medications will come from which ever country is cheaper. On
the more expensive name brand medications this usually means Canada.
You can check the pricing program on-line and it will show you where
your medications will come from.
Q). What if the medication I am looking
for is not listed on your web site?
A). Please contact a Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-273-8631
to help you.
Q). What happens if I have a few prescriptions
and the web site shows that some are cheaper in the USA and some are
cheaper in Canada?
A). Those medications cheaper in the USA will come to you from our contracted
pharmacy in the United States. Those medications that are cheaper in
Canada will come from our Canadian contracted pharmacy or their European
partner. Your credit card however will be billed only once for the entire
amount. You will not be billed from the international pharmacies.
Q). I recently placed an order and I can't
remember what I ordered. Is there a way to check my order?
A). Any inquiries about your order can be answered by contacting one
of our Customer
Service Representatives by dialing: 1-888-273-8631.
Q). Are the medications I purchase from
Canada or Europe the same as the medications I purchase in the USA?
A). Brand name medications in Canada are bio-equivalent (chemically
identical) to brand name medications in the USA Some of these medications
however, are named differently in Canada even though they are the same
medication. In order for a Canadian pharmacy to fill a prescription,
a medication must be written using its Canadian name. If a prescription
is written for a medication that is named differently in Canada from
what the prescription calls for, we will contact your health care provider
and ask them to rewrite the prescription for you using the Canadian
name for the prescribed medication.
Our Canadian pharmacy can also provide you with Generic alternatives
to brand medications that are not yet available in the USA, further
extending your savings.
Q). I'm a Medicare Part D recipient, but
I am currently in the coverage gap and I must pay 100% of my drug costs.
Is it possible to order my medications through your pharmacy when I'm
in the coverage gap?
A). YES. If you have signed up for Medicare's Part D coverage we will
welcome and accept your patronage. Purchasing your medications, through
Country Care Limited, when you reach the coverage gap portion of your
drug plan is a smart alternative to paying USA prices, especially when
your coverage stops and you are 100% responsible for paying for your
medications. You will find this will save you a substantial amount of
money.
Q). Do I have to have an email address to
place an order?
A). No, as long as you can be reached by telephone or mail, it is not
necessary to have an email address to place an order with Country Care
LTD.
Q). Who will be billing my Credit Card?
A). Country Care Limited will process your credit card payment.
