Young
(18-35) Farm Bureau members have the opportunity to serve in various
Farm Bureau leadership capacities. By being involved in Farm Bureau,
young farmers stay informed of the issue facing agriculture, how
Farm Bureau is involved in representing producers. These leadership
opportunities include:

Young farmers can compete in the discussion meet and achievement
awards to improve their leadership qualities, be recognized for
their abilities, and get valuable rewards.

Farmer and Agriculturist Conference
The
getaway conference is an opportunity for young farmers to spend
the weekend away from the farm and socialize and gain information
to benefit their farms and families. More than 100 young farmers
attend the conference.
