Farm Bureau Institute -The Farm Bureau Institute is a year-long leadership training program to develop future leaders for the organization and for agriculture. The Farm Bureau Institute is open to voting Farm Bureau members 18 years old and older.

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Institute consists of five three-day informative and interactive sessions that provide insights on issues important to agriculture, develop leadership and speaking skills, interact with Farm Bureau leaders and staff and leaders in the governmental and agricultural sectors, and network with other participants. The class will include participation in the Farm Bureau Leader Fly-in. to Washington, DC.

Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation Advisory Committees - The Wisconsin Farm Bureau is always seeking members to serve on advisory committees to provide policy recommendations to the board of directors. These advisory committees include:

Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation County Farm Bureau Training - The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation provides organizational and board training for county Farm Bureaus. This training helps county Farm Bureaus set goals, plan effective meetings, and develop leadership skills.

Wisconsin Rural Leadership Program - A two-year, in-depth training program to develop community leadership skills, and learn more about state and national issues. The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Foundation provides scholarships to voting Farm Bureau members selected for this program.
